Hello, I am Johnny Redmon and this is my Original Food Tabs story. I started using Food Tabs the first of August, 2010. I had reached my highest weight in my 44 years of living. I could not walk very far. I have sleep apnea and I could not stay awake during the day, and I work 12 hour shifts and live almost an hour from work. This is not a good position for someone to be in that can’t stay awake. I needed to do something and do it NOW!

I started at 450 pounds and 5 ft 10 in tall, August 1st. I started replacing 1 meal with the Food Tabs. I now replace 2 meals with the Food Tabs when I am working and replacing 1 meal with the Food Tabs when I am off. I am absolutely not hungry! Within a couple of weeks, I noticed that my clothes were getting a little loose on me and that I was more energetic. Within 3 weeks, I was down 20 pounds. This got me charged up! I can do this. One bottle, $39, will replace 1 meal per day for a month. I personally challenge anyone to go to the grocery store with $39 and buy enough groceries to last for 30 meals.


I am writing this on the last day of September, 2010. It has been 2 months and I no longer take a lunch to work with me. I just take the Original Food Tabs and a water bottle. I believe that water is the key to making this work. I have a 32 ounce water bottle and I fill it 4 times a day. I do not wake myself up numerous times a night anymore because of sleep apnea. I am not tired anymore, and I am very energetic. I start walking and don’t get winded, even on long walks. So far, I have lost 50 pounds and have gone from a size 54 waste to a 50 waste in my pants. I have had to go and dig old clothes out of my closet that I have not been able to wear for 8 years. I have had to poke new holes in my belt, and I will use this belt until I reach my goal. I want to lose 250 pounds, and the first 20% is already gone.
