Weight: 364

My last weigh in, I was at 364 pounds. I have hit a wall for the past few weeks, but I am about to install a door in this wall and go through it!

Weight: 370

Hello there, I am Johnny Redmon.  In August of 2010 I had become a 44 year old 450 pound man.  I began eating The Original Food Tabs and magic started to happen.  I started out very aggressive.  I started replacing 2 meals a day on the days that I am working, and 1 meal a day on my days off.  The weight began to fall off.  By Christmas, 5 months after I started, I had lost 80 pounds and went from a 54 waste to a 50.  I am now working on my second 80 pounds and plan on being there by end of summer 2011.  Check back to see how I am doing.  Is there a chance that I will be working on my third 80 pounds by the end of summer 2011?  Only time and The Original Food Tab will tell.  I can’t even begin to tell you how much better I feel.  I am not claiming that The Original Food Tab will cure anything, but my Sleep Apnea is gone since I have lost this weight.  Watch for a new pic at the end of my second 80 pounds.

Weight: 384

Today is 8 days since I started the "I'll pick up the tab" program.  Starting weight of 392 pounds, and a personal goal of being 350 pounds by Christmas, I am happy to report my weight today at 384 pounds.  I have 22 more days to Pass Go, lose another 12 pounds, and collect $100.  On a personal note, I have 37 days to lose 34 pounds and reach my goal of 350 pounds by Christmas.  As I get closer, I see it happening.  I will report again in a week, Thanksgiving night is when I weigh in again.

Just a big loser,

Johnny Redmon

Weight: 400

Hello, I am Johnny Redmon and this is my Original Food Tabs story. I started using Food Tabs the first of August, 2010. I had reached my highest weight in my 44 years of living. I could not walk very far. I have sleep apnea and I could not stay awake during the day, and I work 12 hour shifts and live almost an hour from work. This is not a good position for someone to be in that can’t stay awake. I needed to do something and do it NOW!

I started at 450 pounds and 5 ft 10 in tall, August 1st. I started replacing 1 meal with the Food Tabs. I now replace 2 meals with the Food Tabs when I am working and replacing 1 meal with the Food Tabs when I am off. I am absolutely not hungry! Within a couple of weeks, I noticed that my clothes were getting a little loose on me and that I was more energetic. Within 3 weeks, I was down 20 pounds. This got me charged up! I can do this. One bottle, $39, will replace 1 meal per day for a month. I personally challenge anyone to go to the grocery store with $39 and buy enough groceries to last for 30 meals.

Weight: 392

Here I go on my trip.  For 30 days, I will be continuing down the path that I started August 1st.  This morning, I was 392 lbs.  My friend, Dave witnessed my weigh in.  Dave is a great guy and will be completely honest about anything that you ask him.  He has watched me through this process from the beginning at 450 lbs.  He had no problem doing this for me, and has no problem with you guys contacting him.  I am attaching 2 photos and I can't wait to see how they differ in 30 days.
