Weight: 166 lbs
The first two weeks I lost 4 lbs. each week, but the third week I listened to my head instead of my stomach. Trying to break the bad habits is the hardest part of any diet. Can I watch a football game without a snack or that evening snack while watching TV. Until I can break those bad habits the battle over weight will continue. My goal is a loss of 20 lbs during the month. I am 1/2 way there with one week to go. HELP!!!
