Weight: 370

Well, Thanksgiving has come and gone.  I reported in my e-mail last week that the holiday would not slow me down, and it did not!  I am very happy to report a weight loss for the past week of 8 pounds.  I am now at 370, that is down 80 pounds from the first of August.  Does anyone else still wonder if the Original Food Tabs really work?  Just for a quick thought, my wife can testify about how I ate on Thanksgiving, and I did not hold back.  Next report will be in 5 days.  I am now down 22 pounds in the "I'll Pick Up the Tab" program.  Until next time...

Weight: 384

Today is 8 days since I started the "I'll pick up the tab" program.  Starting weight of 392 pounds, and a personal goal of being 350 pounds by Christmas, I am happy to report my weight today at 384 pounds.  I have 22 more days to Pass Go, lose another 12 pounds, and collect $100.  On a personal note, I have 37 days to lose 34 pounds and reach my goal of 350 pounds by Christmas.  As I get closer, I see it happening.  I will report again in a week, Thanksgiving night is when I weigh in again.

Just a big loser,

Weight: 400

Hello, I am Johnny Redmon and this is my Original Food Tabs story. I started using Food Tabs the first of August, 2010. I had reached my highest weight in my 44 years of living. I could not walk very far. I have sleep apnea and I could not stay awake during the day, and I work 12 hour shifts and live almost an hour from work. This is not a good position for someone to be in that can’t stay awake. I needed to do something and do it NOW!

I started at 450 pounds and 5 ft 10 in tall, August 1st. I started replacing 1 meal with the Food Tabs. I now replace 2 meals with the Food Tabs when I am working and replacing 1 meal with the Food Tabs when I am off. I am absolutely not hungry! Within a couple of weeks, I noticed that my clothes were getting a little loose on me and that I was more energetic. Within 3 weeks, I was down 20 pounds. This got me charged up! I can do this. One bottle, $39, will replace 1 meal per day for a month. I personally challenge anyone to go to the grocery store with $39 and buy enough groceries to last for 30 meals.

Weight: 392

Here I go on my trip.  For 30 days, I will be continuing down the path that I started August 1st.  This morning, I was 392 lbs.  My friend, Dave witnessed my weigh in.  Dave is a great guy and will be completely honest about anything that you ask him.  He has watched me through this process from the beginning at 450 lbs.  He had no problem doing this for me, and has no problem with you guys contacting him.  I am attaching 2 photos and I can't wait to see how they differ in 30 days.
