I've gained a considerable amount of weight since moving here to central indiana. I haven't run a marathon in over a year since my mother passed away from her injuries. Its was a sad time but I see hope on the horizon as I now begin the training back up the mountain. My original weight was 150. Guess all the tension from the tragedy has really helped me to become more obese. Well, I've got till june to get back down and be ready for the next run. Think I'll do a ten miler to start off. So Its on the road. I've changed a lot of my eating, but I'm going to incorperate food tabs to help control my appetite and my eating volume.
