Hello there, I am Johnny Redmon. In August of 2010 I had become a 44 year old 450 pound man. I began eating The Original Food Tabs and magic started to happen. I started out very aggressive. I started replacing 2 meals a day on the days that I am working, and 1 meal a day on my days off. The weight began to fall off. By Christmas, 5 months after I started, I had lost 80 pounds and went from a 54 waste to a 50. I am now working on my second 80 pounds and plan on being there by end of summer 2011. Check back to see how I am doing. Is there a chance that I will be working on my third 80 pounds by the end of summer 2011? Only time and The Original Food Tab will tell. I can’t even begin to tell you how much better I feel. I am not claiming that The Original Food Tab will cure anything, but my Sleep Apnea is gone since I have lost this weight. Watch for a new pic at the end of my second 80 pounds.
It was about two or three months before March 4, 1988 and I was about to turn 50 years of age. I was dangerously close to weighing 200 pounds and NOT enjoying the way I was feeling or looking. I suppose that on most Sunday mornings when I showed up for work, I looked okay for one of such an advanced year of 50! That is, if I was wearing one of my nice suits or sports jackets. I was Minister of Music at the Crestview Baptist Church in Georgetown, TX and had been there for 8 or 9 years at that time.
One day I was working in my office and looking over my mail and ran across an advertisement about a product called All Food Tabs. The advertisement featured the pictured a man, his name was Mr. Leon Bates of Sherman, TX, holding up a bottle of the tabs, and standing in his pants that was at least 5 or 6 sizes too large for him. He had used the product and lost over 100 lbs! He looked like he weighed about 150 lbs at the time the picture was taken. I sent in the form to order a bottle and when I got them, I began to use the product in the manner prescribed by the instructions for the product and was completely astonished by what happened over the next three weeks!
Weight: 165 lbs
I was accompanied by my Mother as a witness to see my weight this morning at 9:30 a.m.. I weighed in at 165 lbs. I still have a lot of energy and feeling great each day. I am so much more at ease with myself.
Weight: 199 lbs
I've gained a considerable amount of weight since moving here to central indiana. I haven't run a marathon in over a year since my mother passed away from her injuries. Its was a sad time but I see hope on the horizon as I now begin the training back up the mountain. My original weight was 150. Guess all the tension from the tragedy has really helped me to become more obese. Well, I've got till june to get back down and be ready for the next run. Think I'll do a ten miler to start off. So Its on the road. I've changed a lot of my eating, but I'm going to incorperate food tabs to help control my appetite and my eating volume.

Weight: 166 lbs
The first two weeks I lost 4 lbs. each week, but the third week I listened to my head instead of my stomach. Trying to break the bad habits is the hardest part of any diet. Can I watch a football game without a snack or that evening snack while watching TV. Until I can break those bad habits the battle over weight will continue. My goal is a loss of 20 lbs during the month. I am 1/2 way there with one week to go. HELP!!!
